Don't Series Undergoes Transformation
The Don't series was originally planned as a light-hearted series for middle schoolers (in-line with then popular iCarly). It grew into the fall, 2023 released fun and flirty story, The Trinity: Visions in Ice (modeled after ChickLit icon, Meg Cabot).
The story was rebranded that winter as Don't Break This Curse, book one in the Don't series.
Drawn to darker stories that appealed to her own interests (and age), Taylor decided to scrap the original versions completely and start over with a New Adult mindset. In came Lola Hart, a Wattpad writer specializing mostly in dark humor and dark romance/smut. Her story, Tied Tight, featuring a college girl who gets caught up with a serial killer, Boston U hockey player, and several other scandals, is her most popular.
Character names and occasional plot points remain from the original version, but Don't Break This Curse (Beasts of Shadows 1) is completely its own story, and should be treated as such.
This new version will lunch Aug. 5, 2025, and is currently available for pre-order at a discounted price.
